This is the home of the 8th grade Stream Team. This year we participated in many field trips located at Brush Creek,Humbug State Park. Actually we had about one trip each month, from October 2005 through March 2006. On April 11th we went to the Coos Curry Science Symposium in Gold Beach. We gave a power point presentation on our stream survey research, which went well. In the art division we made many paper mache salmon and laid them throughout crumpled blue paper to resemble a river. All in all it was a pretty creative display, and we won fifty dollars for our class fund!!! |
